Gateway College Counseling provides college and academic planning for high school students and their families. Our mission is to help families navigate their children’s high school academic profile through the college planning process. The founders have over 40 years combined experience as high school counselors and have a broad knowledge of the complexities involved in the creation of an academic plan. We will not only assist in helping families find the right fit in a college but hope to eliminate the anxiety associated with the college search process.

Recommendations for test preparation services and advisement on testing timeline
Assistance with the college search and selection process
Guidance on the various types of application deadlines (for example Early Action, Early Decision and Rolling Admissions)
Help with completing and editing the application and application supplements
Support in completing the Self-Reported Academic Record
Collaboration in the development of the Common and Coalition Application Personal Essays
Teacher and Counselor Recommendation strategy and assistance
Organizational tactics used to support and monitor the status of each application component
